SECTION 5A – ORIGINAL ARTWORK & COPYRIGHT
All original artworks, prints, images, digital files, text, and creative content (“Artwork”) are protected by U.S. copyright law.
All copyrights, reproduction rights, and moral rights remain the exclusive property of the artist, Linda Chido.
Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright.
You may NOT:

SECTION 5B – COMMISSIONS & CUSTOM WORK
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin commissioned work. Once work begins, all payments become non-refundable.
Revisions
Revisions beyond what is agreed may incur additional fees. Artistic decisions remain at the discretion of the artist.
Copyright
Commissioning an artwork does not transfer copyright.
You receive the physical artwork and a personal display license only.
Commercial usage requires a separate written licensing agreement.
SECTION 5C – DIGITAL CONTENT
Digital downloads, PDFs, educational materials, and online courses (“Digital Content”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Linda Chido.
Purchasing Digital Content grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial personal-use license only.
You may NOT:

share, forward, or redistribute files

post content publicly

share login credentials
-
use content for teaching without written permission
Digital Content is non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
SECTION 6 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may refuse or limit orders placed under the same account, payment method, or shipping address.
You must provide accurate and current purchase information.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is.” Your use is at your own risk.

3. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY

Our return window lasts 14 days from the date you receive your item.
If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Eligibility Requirements

Risk of Loss
Domestic orders: risk of loss transfers upon delivery to your address.
International orders: risk transfers when your package is delivered to the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
