LINDA CHIDO ART

Representational painter Linda Chido holds master’s degrees in architecture and urban planning from the University of Buffalo, New York. She began her study of the Mische Technique, an intricate indirect painting method, in 2001 under Philip Rubinov Jacobson, a student of Ernst Fuchs. Whether in the studio, the classroom, or on the page, her work blends tradition, depth, and personal vision. Paintings like Helping Mommy (above) embody this intersection. It reflects her devotion to making art and inspiring creativity in others captured in a single, layered image that invites a closer look.
